"You named it, and you're feeding it, aren't you? Sounds like a pet to me. And according to Wisconsin statute #123, landlords have the right to evict?Make someone move out of their rented home tenants from units in multi-family buildings if they've got pets.

"But I don't want to be unreasonable here. So I'll give you a choice - you can keep the pet plant, and move out by the end of the month, or you can get rid of it and stay," says Ms. Miller.
