The Supreme Court of Wisconsin has upheld the Appeals Court ruling - that Howard the schnauzer is a pet under Wisconsin Statute #123.
It took a year and a half for Mike Johnson's case to make its way through the court system. He is upset about losing, though he always knew it was a long shot to convince the court that a dog wasn't a pet.
