Justice Khang says, "A small plant in a small pot indeed. I think the appeals court got it right -and to be perfectly honest I'm not even sure why we're reviewing this case. A plant is not a pet, and therefore the law in question does not apply. Ms. Miller should not be allowed to evict Mr. Johnson."
