Carrie Smith takes the stand next. After swearing to tell the truth, she explains that Tootsie is a 3 inch long goldfish who lives in a bowl on her kitchen table. She also presents letters from all of the other tenants in the building stating that they have no objections to Tootsie, and in fact didn't even know she was there.
